912-914 Jenifer The Henry Bischoff two-flat residence was designed by Lew Porter, architect, and built in 1903. The porch column capital features a boxy scroll-saw cut pattern reminiscent of those used by George Grant Elmslie, long the supervising draftsman Louis Sullivan's architectural office in Chicago.

939-941 Williamson Henry Foster Residence or William Drews Residence (WAHI# 115854). One of the oldest and rarest type of houses in the neighborhood, this red brick house was built for Henry L. Foster in 1853-1854. He was a produce and commission merchant whose business was located at the corner of E. Wilson nd W. Canal (S. Hancock) Streets. The house was possibly moved 25 feet northeast when the lot was divided and the hardware store built next door.
